It was a pleasure to welcome Baroness Barran MBE to Preston School to meet our Inspire Academy!
During a Q&A session, she spoke about her role in the House of Lords, the importance of active citizenship, and how young people can engage in democracy – especially through voting. She also led an insightful discussion on the impact mobile phones are having on students’ lives today.
